Everything is said in the title. I started by tracing the doors on the fuselage.
Then cut with dremel. Straight lines were cut with a disc.
The curved parts were drilled (more delicate, do not shake)
Then delicately take off the door frame from spars…
A bit of blenderm to visualize the result.
It is too beautiful…
Once opened, I passed a layer of fiberglass on the uprights to solidify them.
As a reminder, the doors are cut into flanks of CTP 0.4. Not very thick and fragile.
I taped my work plan that I covered with release agent (hence the green color) and I took advantage of a professional trip to Paris for 2 days to let it dry.
Once dry, this is what I got.

Then dremel to remove the excess parts
